Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how Stratifit (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles pricing, invoicing, payments, late fees, and billing procedures when you purchase our digital services.

This Payment Policy applies to all services provided through https://stratifit.com and works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices for our services are provided through proposals, agreements, or service packages. All prices are stated in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

We issue invoices digitally. Invoices may be issued:

• ▸At project start (deposit)
• ▸At agreed milestones
• ▸At project completion
• ▸Monthly for ongoing services

Each invoice includes the service description, total amount due, payment terms, due date, and applicable taxes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• ▸Deposits of 30% to 50% are required before work begins
• ▸Standard payment term is 7 to 14 days
• ▸Payments must be made in full without deductions or set-offs

Accepted payment methods include:

• ▸SEPA bank transfer
• ▸Credit or debit card
• ▸PayPal
• ▸Stripe
• ▸Other methods agreed in writing

If payment is not received by the due date:

• ▸Work may be paused
• ▸Access to deliverables may be restricted
• ▸Late fees may apply at a reasonable rate permitted by applicable law

If your agreement is governed by German law, statutory late-payment interest may apply under §288 BGB.

We will notify you before applying any late fees.

If payment remains outstanding after reminders:

• ▸Work may be suspended
• ▸Deliverables may be withheld
• ▸Agreements may be terminated
• ▸Administrative fees may apply
• ▸Legal collection procedures may be initiated where necessary

Where applicable, VAT will be added according to EU and German tax regulations. Clients outside the EU may be responsible for local taxes or duties.

We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payments processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) follow their respective security and compliance standards.
